As per our Indian laws, Mr. Kasab has every right to go in appeal to the High Court of against judgment of Session Court, and against judgment of High Court to Supreme Court. Once the Supreme court gives its verdict for capital punishment ,the accused has every right to file mercy petition to the President of India. After careful study of the ... Yes, it's a very long process one has to go besides it’s very time consuming too but none can help. The beauty of our Indian law is that no innocent person unnecessarily be punished.
